We are looking for an open minded and proactive team player to join our Software Development Team in Yerevan. You can participate in application configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting, application testing and other aspects of a project’s life-cycle.
Receiving and registering requests from users
Interacts with users to troubleshoot known issues and problems
Daily communication and cooperation with application developers
Ensuring the communication of complex requirements between the specialist and the user
Maintains/updates daily operational documentation
Participates on tests and performs release to the production environment
Preparation of user manuals/guides
Help with maintenance of technical and user documentation
Basic knowledge of unix/linux and windows environment
Experience/interest in task management and deployment tools (Redmine, Trello, Git, Subversion)
Fluent communication in English
Analytical and strong problem-solving
A positive outlook and can-do attitude
Motivation to learn new things
Experience with a similar position is welcome but not a must
